We’ve uniquely positioned each of our lodges to cater to the diverse needs and desires of our clients. All our lodges have world-class hunting, amazing food, great wine, and legendary service. As we’ve grown, each lodge has developed a different personality, mainly based on the staff, location, and facilities. Choose which of the below criteria are most important to you. Los Crestones Lodge offers a fantastic mixed bag hunt, with a strong focus on ducks. The duck program offers generous limits, combined with a lot of hunting ground, so you will have the best opportunity to see good numbers of birds and mixed species.
The lodge also has terrific perdiz hunting and a dove roost with around 3 million birds in residence. All of this bird hunting can also be combined with Big Game hunting for a number of free-range species, including Blackbuck, Axis Deer, Water Buffalo, and Wild Boar.

For those looking for a mix of the very best in Perdiz hunting, combined with duck hunting and high volume dove shooting, our Uruguay Lodge and San Juan Lodge are the places to visit. Uruguay has the highest population of perdiz in South America, along with the most generous limits of 10 birds per person, per day.
On mornings when you are not hunting perdiz, you will have a chance to experience some wonderful duck hunting, from dry land blinds, and our dove roosts will offer true high-volume shooting each afternoon of your trip.

Another wonderful option for couples, or families, is Los Crestones Lodge, located just a short drive from Buenos Aires.
Los Crestones offers a beautiful historic Estancia, reminiscent of the stately private castles of old Europe. With all private rooms, each with king-size bed and en suite bath, the lodge is an excellent choice for sporting couples and families, interested in combining the best of Argentina wing-shooting, with elegant, first-class accommodations and service to match.

Uruguay holds the largest concentrations of wild perdiz in all of South America. Both our San Juan Lodge and Uruguay Lodge offer amazing access to fields with incredible bird densities and unparalleled hunting.
You will also have opportunities to enjoy duck and pigeon hunting, as well as fantastic high-volume dove shooting, at some of the largest dove roosts in all of Uruguay.

Our Los Crestones Lodge is located just a 2-hour drive from the Ezeiza International Airport in Buenos Aires. The lodge offers a mixed bag experience, including Ducks, Dove, Pigeons, and Perdiz. Los Crestones also offers opportunities for big game hunting as well.
Hunting at Los Crestones Lodge focuses heavily on the incredible duck resources available in this area. Mornings are generally spent in the duck blind, with generous limits and a variety of South American duck species available, including the coveted Rosy-billed Pochard.
Your time can also be spent shooting doves, upland hunting for perdiz over pointing dogs, decoyed pigeons or experiencing a big game hunt for Blackbuck, Axis Deer, Hogs, or Water Buffalo.

Both our Uruguay Lodge and San Juan Lodge are located in Uruguay. San Juan Lodge is located in the town of Flores, and Uruguay Lodge is located in the town of Young. Both lodges are about a 3 ½ to 4-hour drive from the international airport in Montevideo. The lodges offer hunting for Ducks, Doves, and Perdiz.
Hunting at both of our lodges in Uruguay focuses heavily on perdiz hunting, as this area holds the highest concentrations of the hard flying upland birds in all of South America. Morning hunts will be for either perdiz over pointing dogs, or a wild duck hunt from a comfortable dry land blind. Afternoons are spent enjoying high volume dove shooting at some of the best dove roosts in all of Uruguay.

Our Los Crestones Lodge offers what may be the ultimate in mixed bag hunting opportunities. In addition to incredible bird hunting, for Duck, Dove, Pigeons, and Perdiz, you can also pursue a variety of wild, free-range big game species as well.
You can add hunting for Blackbuck, Axis Deer, Hogs on Horseback, and Water Buffalo to your adventure, taking a day or two to hunt any of these species, in addition to the bird hunting options which lie at the core of the Los Crestones Lodge hunting program.
Some of these big game species may require more than a day if you are interested in hunting trophy quality animals, but there are opportunities to take great, representative animals on as short as a half-day hunt. Our staff is happy to discuss the options available, based upon the hunt you would like to do.

Pack your clothing & personal items and let us do the rest. All of our lodges offer gun rentals, so you need not worry about the permits and issues which may arise when traveling with a firearm. We also offer laundry services, so even with your clothes, you can pack light. Waders are also available at our Los Crestones Lodge at no extra cost, making it easy for traveling duck hunters to pack light as well. San Juan & Uruguay Lodges offer dry land duck hunting blinds, so waders are not required.
Each lodge also has on-site pro-shop offering items such as caps, and clothing as well as selection shooting items such as gloves, shoulder pads should you forget an item or just wish to bring home a memento of your trip.

Duck hunting at our lodges in Uruguay takes place from dry land, all blinds are set alongside water impoundments such as ponds, channels, or lagoons. Decoys are set and downed birds are retrieved by your guides at the completion of shooting.
Los Crestones Lodge also offers a limited number of dry ground blinds, in addition to many “wet” blinds, which are set in the ponds and marshes.

With one of the largest dove roosts in all of Uruguay, right on the main grounds, and some of the best perdiz & duck habitat on that same property, or a “stone’s throw” away, San Juan Lodge offers incredibly short drives to the action each day.
Short drives are the norm each morning and afternoon, and you will return to the lodge each day for an amazing Asado lunch, and a siesta, assuring that you will spend most of your time enjoying yourself, and not sitting in a vehicle traveling.

For guests wishing to have a private room, Los Crestones Lodge offers beautifully appointed, single guest rooms, with king beds and private en suite bathrooms, by default at no extra cost.
Uruguay Lodge also offers several single rooms, with king bed and private en suite bathroom upon request, but please note, there is a nominal surcharge to guarantee a single room.
